Client Agreement & Refund Policy

All garments are transferred into the ownership of Boudreau's upon signing the Client Agreement and payment of fitting fees and 25% deposit.

Garments will not be returned to the ownership of the client until full payment for alterations is received. 

Failure to pay for any and all alterations in full within 7 days of the pick-up appointment will result in the permanent ownership of said garment(s) under Boudreau's. 

All Garments must be either unworn or freshly laundered. Boudreau's reserves the right to deny performing alterations on any garments that do not meet this standard. E.G. there is visible dirt, the garment is unclean to the touch, or there is strong and noticeable odor coming from the garment. 

All Clients with formal wear will be charged a minimum of an hours' worth of work in their garment's respective category, unless another price is agreed upon at the initial fitting. (This usually applying to very minor alterations)

No refunds after garments are paid in full and placed back into the ownership of the client. 

Initial fitting fee and 25% deposit is not refundable, unless in the case of irreversible damage. 

If irreversible damage occurs to any garment, Boudreau's will reimburse 50% of the retail ticket price of the garment and waive all costs for alterations (not including fitting fees)

If there is any dissatisfaction with alterations and there is nothing more that can be done, the garment will be returned to its original state as much as possible upon the request of the client, without incurring any costs for the added time; however, the client will be required to pay for any and all alterations completed or stopped before completion. 

Any and all time spent on altering garments will be charged to the client if said client decides to stop alterations with Boudreau's and take their garment before completion. 

There are NO Refunds for any alterations that have been completed or stopped before completion.
